Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Returns
We want you to love your BeyondO pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
